Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience performing similar work.
• Degree or courses in related area is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Ability to competently read civil, architectural, and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAD tasks in the preparation of construction surveys.
• Prepare and coordinate construction layout calculations for field staff.
• Manage CAD generated surface models and produce accurate contours.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Read and interpret civil, architectural, and structural drawings

3+ years practical experience

Education
