Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Analyst to bolster the modernization of the Medicaid Enterprise System in a remote role with optional travel to Springfield, IL.

The role emphasizes managing requirements, schedules, risks, and documentation across the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong PM foundation, healthcare IT or public-sector experience, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field such as Business Administration, Project Management, or IT.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a support analyst or project coordinator.
• Strong understanding of IT Project Management principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support in all aspects of project execution.
• Organize internal and external meetings and prepare materials.
• Document meeting minutes and communicate actions to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with document management protocols and SharePoint naming conventions.
• Assist in preparing project status reports and coordinate inputs from stakeholders.
• Apply standard project management methodologies and governance processes consistently.
