Job summary

Centric Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Centric Planning implementations within our Retail Planning and Pricing team. You’ll manage complex enterprise software projects for retailers, ensuring on-time delivery, stay within budget and achieve high customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with architects, consultants, Customer Success and Sales, you’ll guide customers through every phase and help evolve our project methodologies in a remote North America setup.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Centric Planning implementation projects.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and resource planning.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, project sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Lead project governance, steering committee meetings and executive status reviews.
• Coordinate delivery teams, including functional consultants, technical architects and developers.
• Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain delivery quality while meeting customer expectations and commercial targets.
• Drive adoption of Project Management Office standards, governance and best practices.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success and Global Delivery to improve implementation methodologies.
• Support pre-sales with implementation strategies, project estimates and delivery approaches.
• Mentor junior project managers and strengthen delivery capability across the Planning practice.
