Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years in project management, program management, PMO operations, or related roles in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Experience developing PM tools, dashboards, and operational processes.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma, change management, and design thinking to improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that advance R&D priorities and operational effectiveness.
• Plan, monitor activities, timelines, and deliverables with Sabin staff to ensure timely completion.
• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve PM processes, governance, templates, and reporting systems.
• Lead change management for new processes and systems, including training and communications.
• Develop dashboards to support program performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Serve as cross-functional integrator, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings with documentation, action tracking, and follow-through.
• Create and maintain project timelines using PM tools.
• Manage risks, issues, and decisions to keep objectives on track.
• Maintain project files and document control within PM systems.
