Project Manager - Utility-Scale Energy (IPP Experience Required)

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale renewable energy projects across the U.S. This role requires prior experience working for an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and managing utility-scale projects (solar, wind, BESS, or transmission) from development through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to commissioning and closeout
Oversee budget, schedule, vendor coordination, and internal/external stakeholder communication
Serve as the primary interface between EPCs, consultants, utilities, and internal IPP teams
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards
Provide accurate and timely reporting on project milestones and risks
Travel to project sites as needed (typically once per quarter or as required)
Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years of project management experience in utility-scale renewable energy (solar, wind, BESS, or transmission)
Must have previous experience working for an Independent Power Producer (IPP)
Strong working knowledge of construction processes, permitting, utility interconnection, and procurement
Proficient in project scheduling and management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
