What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of manufacturing-based projects-from RFPs and sales orders to production and installation.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met with precision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Review and approve architectural fixture drawings, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor production progress through hands-on reviews and financial tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Interior Design, Graphic Design, Engineering, Purchasing, Estimation, Operations, and Installation teams.
  • Drive revenue and margin growth in partnership with Sales and Operations.
  • Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support project success.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred, not required).
  • 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in design-build fixtures or displays.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project-tracking tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing environments (preferred).
