• 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally within retail interiors.
• Knowledge of luxury retail construction and high-end finish standards.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Communicate directly with clients, consultants, and field teams.
