Job summary

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to oversee remote, lean manufacturing projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. You will apply PMI-based project management and Lean Six-Sigma principles to deliver high-quality results within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scheduler.
• Experience with Lean Six-Sigma and QMS.
• Familiarity with PMI-based project management principles and Lean Six-Sigma practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; PMP/CAPM certification desired.
• Experience with government facilities documentation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute and control lean manufacturing projects for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Read, understand, and execute projects per contract documents and the QMS; may include government facility work with documentation requirements.
• Lead internal teams and external vendors with clear communication and documented meetings.
• Document and control submittals, change orders, risks, and opportunities per QMS.
• Validate availability of materials and resources to meet production schedules and budgets.
