Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical design, implementation and maintenance projects in the New England region. You will develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and guide engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

You will maintain proactive client communication, manage scope changes, and monitor project expenditures to ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role.
• Experience with utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects.
• 10 years experience or greater or 5 years’ experience plus PMP
• Curious and active listener with a willingness to learn and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, deliverables, milestones and timelines.
• Allocate and coordinate resources including engineers, technicians, equipment and materials.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish strong client communications and address updates and concerns.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures to stay within financial targets.
