Movu US is seeking a Project Manager to turn customers' vision of an automated storage solution into reality. You will manage projects from kickoff to acceptance, coordinating engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning across North America.

The role requires 5+ years in a related field, with exposure to large-scale warehouse systems. Remote work is possible, with travel to the Romeoville office as needed. Competitive benefits and a 130k–150k salary range are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a directly relatable position.
• Experience with the complexities of executing multimillion-dollar custom warehouse systems projects from A-Z is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• SAP knowledge is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead handoffs from Sales and Sales Engineering and conduct kickoff meetings.
• Own the integrated schedule across engineering, procurement, delivery, installation, controls, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Own project financials, purchasing, change orders, and milestone invoicing.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery, installers, and contractors for safe, on-time execution.
• 44Drive risks and recovery plans to keep projects on track.
