Job description

We are seeking a Hardware Program Manager to oversee lab build and operational processes across multiple development venues. This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware procurement, inventory tracking, and lab operations to support hardware and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to implement scalable mechanisms that drive efficiency, accuracy, and visibility in lab infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and inventory for hardware and lab-related equipment across multiple programs and venues
• Oversee lab buildouts and venue operations for upcoming initiatives such as Flatsat, Dev-PIT, and Rad-Sat
• Implement and maintain tracking systems for material movement, hardware utilization, and lab resource allocation
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align lab builds with project timelines and technical needs
• Support ongoing lab operations and proactively resolve hardware or workflow issues
• Develop and refine documentation for lab procedures, best practices, and process improvements
• Present regular performance and utilization reports to leadership and key stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance lab efficiency and operational scalability
• Allocate resources effectively across projects while balancing competing priorities

• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and SAP
• Proven success working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and leadership teams
