Responsibilities include selecting equipment, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, delivering progress reports, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and safety practices throughout each phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering and/or construction.
• General construction knowledge (preferred).
• Experience in chemical industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical design and engineering of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with scope and successful project completion.
• Review and select process equipment, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate between field construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring integrity of the engineering design.
• Lead customer reviews, addressing technical concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to resolve issues that arise.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems using Lean methodologies.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and industry standards.
• Promote safety through proper design of processes and equipment selection.
• Submit weekly progress reports to senior management.
• Manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, meeting customer expectations.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
