Job summary

Pencco is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee planning and coordination of technical engineering initiatives, ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule. You will research compliance regulations, develop implementation plans, and adjust specifications as needed.

Responsibilities include guiding design, selecting equipment and vendors, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, and leading customer reviews to align with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering or construction experience.
• General construction knowledge preferred; chemical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design to completion of projects within scope and budget.
• Review equipment, vendors, and subcontractors to meet project needs.
• Coordinate between field teams and subcontractors to ensure design integrity.
• Lead customer reviews and address technical concerns.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to resolve issues and drive improvement.
• Submit weekly progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
