Job summary

Rescale Design Collaborative is seeking a Project Architect for a full-time, remote role. You will lead projects from concept through construction, develop design concepts, and produce comprehensive drawings and BIM models.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architecture and BIM with complete drawing sets and digital models.
• Project Management experience: planning, scheduling, coordinating teams, delivering deliverables.
• Experience managing Submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase docs.
• LEED principles knowledge; LEED accreditation a plus.
• Professional Architecture degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited school.
• Licensure in architecture preferred or progress toward licensure.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication for remote, networked teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles, presenting concepts and managing expectations.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early design through construction completion.
• Develop design concepts and prepare detailed drawings and BIM models.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage project documentation.
• Oversee project schedules and workflows; support QC reviews.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals (LEED where applicable).
• Engage with clients and teams in virtual design meetings; proactive issue resolution.
