You will lead and coordinate project team members to deliver tasks on time, collect status updates, maintain project repositories, and prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 additional year of relevant experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• US Citizen with ability to pass federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with PM methodologies and contract requirements.
• Coordinate data collection for reporting and data analysis.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture meeting minutes.
• Support timely delivery of project deliverables and schedules.
• Assist with project site updates including risk and action logs.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and managers to support all aspects of the project.
• Monitor status of deliverables and escalate issues to PMO Manager.
• Assist with CMS Access administration and SharePoint tasks.
