A leading technology services firm is seeking a Program Specialist to provide operational and reimbursement support remotely. Candidates must have at least 2 years of healthcare customer service and call center experience. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and removing obstacles for patients. Schedule: M-F 8am-8:30pm EST
Anticipated Start Date: 12/1/2025
End Date: 3/31/2026
Contract length: 4 months
Training period: 8 weeks (December 1 - February 1)

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. This is a fully remote position.
