Job summary

CareSource is seeking a full-time remote Program Manager for National Networks to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain documentation, and coordinate information flow for timely initiative execution. You will establish integrated workplans, track milestones, and prepare concise weekly executive summaries to keep leadership aligned.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), five years of PM experience, and PMP certification (PgMP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or Computer Science required; Master's preferred.
• Five years of project management experience required.
• Four years of experience in provider network development and lifecycle management preferred.
• PMP certification required; PgMP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare payer industry, Medicaid and Medicare a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain integrated program workplans for provider network initiatives.
• Track progress against milestones and manage a centralized risk and issue log.
• Develop weekly executive summaries and facilitate recurring program cadence.
