Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) seeks a Program Manager II to oversee related projects supporting a long-term military research initiative. You will guide project managers and technical staff to ensure objectives are met and resources are aligned.

This remote role requires 6–8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), strong budget and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to obtain a T1 Public Trust background check.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business Admin or Life Sciences preferred).
• Minimum of 6-8 years' experience required.
• Familiarity with federal budget processes and project management principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1 Public Trust background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between investigators, sponsors and teams; track progress and outcomes.
• Manage program elements: goals, milestones, risks, resources, budgets and SOPs.
• Supervise and guide Project Managers and technical staff through the program lifecycle.
• Support planning and proposals/agreements as requested.
