Job summary

GovCIO is a federal-focused IT services company seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor efforts ensuring the VA PGHD ecosystem runs reliably. The role oversees Validic aggregation, device integrations, and national-scale data delivery to clinicians and Veterans.

Ideal candidates have program management and Agile delivery experience within enterprise healthcare, including OAuth workflows, and experience navigating complex government health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, or commensurate experience.
• Experience supporting federal programs or within VA/OCC environment.
• Familiarity with health data integration platforms such as Validic or CGM data.
• Experience with health data API transitions or integrations like Google Health.
• Experience with native mobile (iOS/Android) and web product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple products, vendors, and teams in a matrixed environment.
• Supervise staff and manage performance in a cross-functional setup.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between VA teams, Validic, and device vendors.
• Drive Google Health API transition across PGHD applications and pipelines.
• Manage data-quality issues and coordinate resolution across sources and pipeline teams.
• Facilitate partnerships and negotiations for new integrations.
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives across teams.
• Provide governance across PGHD programs and product teams.
