Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor delivery for VA PGHD ecosystems, including Validic and Google Health integrations. You will align stakeholders, manage schedules, and oversee data-quality across enterprise healthcare platforms.

The role demands experience with federal programs, PGHD, and modern tech stacks, with remote work and up to 10% travel. Join a mission-driven team delivering national health data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience supporting federal programs or within the VA/OCC environment.
• Familiarity with health data integration platforms such as Validic or CGM/remote patient monitoring data.
• Experience with health data API transitions or integrations like Google Health.
• Experience with native mobile and web product delivery.
• Background with PGHD or clinical data sources.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and OAuth/CASA workflows.
• Familiarity with modern tech stacks, APIs, cloud platforms, or DevSecOps.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog tools.
• Experience working with distributed, remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple products, vendors, and teams in a matrixed environment.
• Supervise staff, manage performance, and support professional development.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between VA teams, Validic, and third-party vendors.
• Drive Google Health API transition across PGHD applications and pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve data-quality issues across sources, summarizing findings for pipeline teams.
• Facilitate partnerships for new integrations and data pathways.
• Prepare pre-read materials, agendas, and cross-team action logs.
• Oversee release planning and remediation across PGHD applications and pipelines.
• Serve as liaison across VA digital health programs and product teams.
