Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and ~5+ years leading technology or data projects.
• Experience with web-based applications, data platforms, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, QA, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and release management, including planning and reporting.
• Oversee design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of applications and data systems.
• Coordinate application, database, cloud, infrastructure, testing, and technical teams.
• Ensure data validation, verification, reporting, and visualization requirements are met.
• Manage pilot and phased rollout activities, stakeholder feedback, issue resolution, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide status reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead requirements validation, alignment, change management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and operational readiness.
• Keep projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
