Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex government-oriented projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and develop proposals to support growth and sustainability.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and effective communications with clients and internal teams. Remote work is available with states supported by Tripoint Solutions' offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years managing technology, software, or data systems projects.
• Experience with web-based applications, data platforms, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and release management, including planning, monitoring, QA, acceptance, and reporting.
• Oversee design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of web-based apps and data systems.
• Coordinate application, database, cloud, infrastructure, testing, and technical teams.
• Ensure data validation, verification, reporting, and data visualization requirements are met.
• Manage pilot and phased rollout activities, stakeholder feedback, and production deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead requirements validation, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
• Monitor system performance, availability, quality, and readiness.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
