Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex programs in the federal space, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering on time and within budget. You will develop proposals, manage communications, and align program objectives with client expectations.

The role requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, with remote work from the United States and eligibility for a government security investigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, IT, or project management field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology, software, or data systems projects.
• Experience with web-based applications, data platforms, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management.
• Understanding SDLC, testing, deployment, QA, and release management.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and release management from planning to reporting.
• Oversee design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of apps and data systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across application, database, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Ensure data validation, verification, and visualization deliverables meet requirements.
• Manage pilots, phased rollouts, stakeholder feedback, and production deployment.
• Develop plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide status updates.
