Job summary

VB Spine, a leading privately held medical device company, is seeking a Program Manager, CQR, to lead medium‑complexity programs remotely with 15–20% travel. You’ll align with PMOs and drive delivery from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities include creating charters and roadmaps, budgeting, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination with Notified Bodies and regulatory authorities to assure compliant, timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent (emphasis in management, engineering, sciences, quality, regulatory, or related discipline preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated project/program management experience
• Experience in the medical device industry
• Global regulatory experience with FDA CFR, MDSAP, EU MDR

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain program charters, roadmaps, and benefits maps.
• Coordinate with partners and users to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Own program budget estimation, monitoring, and attainment
• Communicate and set expectations across divisions, vendors and stakeholders
• Create and maintain program risk assessments
• Lead portfolio resource planning including workload allocation
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects
• Assess trade-offs for changes in scope, schedule, and costs
• Improve team performance through leadership and mentoring
• Serve as escalation point and drive collaboration
