Job summary

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Data Manager to support program execution, financial analysis, and management reviews. You will interface with leadership, program managers, SMEs, and finance staff to track status, prepare PMRs, and ensure on-time, quality CDRL submissions.

The role includes document control, data reporting, and template development, with a focus on dashboards and data trends. This remote position supports programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a management or technical discipline; advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years supporting document management and CDRLs for government contracts.
• 5+ years publishing technical documentation in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with quality data collection techniques.
• Understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Knowledge of cost management, data analysis tools, and KPI reporting.
• Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage data and contract deliverables (CDRLs) and track deadlines.
• Coordinate data calls, document uploads to SharePoint, and template reviews.
• Review and approve monthly CDRLs and data submissions for QA.
• Assign and manage Document Control Numbers and maintain repositories.
• Prepare weekly senior management reports on program progress and issues.
• Support PMRs, develop content from program managers, and assist dashboards.
