Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Program Chair in the United States to lead academic staff and oversee programmatic management, hiring, training, and evaluation. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, reporting, and ongoing improvement to teaching and learning across departments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics or Statistics required.
• At least five years of higher education experience.
• Management experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff and faculty, including supervision of both faculty and staff, with programmatic management duties.
• Data collection, analysis and reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with programmatic accreditation is desired.
• Teaching and learning responsibilities, including scholarship of teaching and learning, and academic service.
