Job summary

CAI is seeking a Program Analyst Intern in the United States to gain hands-on experience in program analysis and contribute to projects that drive business growth and operational improvement. This is a full-time internship with remote work. The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week.

Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9-week duration and work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Major in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Strong interest in research, writing, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Passionate about understanding how businesses grow and improve.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of business programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct research to support program development and strategy.
