Job summary

Bodwé seeks a Program Analyst to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Facility Management Program. The role focuses on program management, analytics, and technical support for DMLSS-FM initiatives, acting as a liaison between BUMED stakeholders and JMLFDC.

Responsibilities include developing queries and dashboards across multiple DoD facility and financial systems, providing guidance on real property management, and delivering training and documentation to government personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or Data Management/Analytics.
• Minimum of three (3) years of DoD experience in a related medical treatment facility.
• At least one (1) year of related duties; or seven (7) years with DoD experience in related facility.
• Must have or be able to obtain Real ID or Passport for travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support to BUMED Facility Management initiatives and strategic objectives.
• Support advanced DMLSS-FM development and implementation with JMLFDC.
• Assist Program Managers with data analysis, reporting, and deliverables.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive briefings for BUMED leadership.
• Provide system integration support and user procedures for DMLSS-FM releases.
