Job summary

Tharros is seeking a Program Analyst to support NAWCAD aviation programs by updating and maintaining data systems, including FAST and ECAT databases. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and proper integration of engineering, logistics, and configuration data to support decision-making.

The position can be remote from a home office within ~50 miles of the region, with onsite availability if requested. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management or technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience with aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Teams or similar chat/VC tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide data management for PM Acquisition Data: receipt, central repository, cataloging and distribution of program data and data products.
  • Maintain and expand SE PM databases FAST and ECAT to support the SE team for PM oversight and reports.
  • Support site stand-ups, respond to management and funding drill as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and configuration data across platforms to ensure data integrity.
