Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate daily production schedules for print projects and ensure downstream readiness. The role interfaces with operations and purchasing to align plans with timelines.

Candidates should have a background in manufacturing or production planning, with strong MS Office and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Occasional onsite visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Previous production scheduling experience preferred or equivalent
• Print industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules through print production to meet timelines.
• Communicate with project management, planning, and manufacturing groups.
• Prepare and monitor delivery reports and prioritize to meet directives.
• Assign activities to staff, work centers, and machines.
• Verify start dates and durations to ensure on-time completion.
• Identify and resolve schedule issues with area managers and planners.
• Additional duties as assigned.
