Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Production Efficiency Analyst to support manufacturing operations. You will analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources across facilities.

This fully remote role requires strong data skills (Excel, SQL, Python/R) and experience with Tableau/Power BI. Collaboration with remote and on-site teams is essential to drive significant operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or Statistics.
• Proven experience as a Production/Operations Analyst or similar.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, SQL, Python or R and data visualization with Tableau/Power BI.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles and Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends and inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data from various sources to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production output, reduce cycle times, and minimize operational costs.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
• Collaborate with production managers and line supervisors to implement efficiency improvements and best practices.

Requirements
