Job summary

PlanetArt is seeking a Production Artist to process orders, adjust images, proofread, and provide customer service from home. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and familiarity with photography/design concepts.

You will help ensure our prints meet high-quality standards and support customers with inquiries. Ideal candidates have experience with Photoshop, some AI tools, and be able to work remotely from home.

Qualifications

• Must have worked with us previously during Q4.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Some AI Experience.
• Please submit updated resume as PDFs or a website link.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook & Word.
• Must live in the following States: CA, AZ, IL, MN, NJ, UT, WA, WI.
• Must be available to work at least one day per weekend.
• Be available to work one of the following shifts: 8:30AM-5:30PM, 11:30AM-8:30PM, 3:30PM-12:30AM Pacific or 5:30PM-10:30PM; range from part-time to full-time with possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Order processing, quality assurance, and post-sales inquiries.
• Image adjustments, proofreading, and some customer service.
• Ensure prints meet high-quality standards.
