The ideal candidate has strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with experience in personal lines insurance and familiarity with AI-assisted product processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years in business, technology, or consulting.
• 3–5 years direct experience with Agile teams and knowledge of Agile development.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the Agency Compliance backlog with clear, actionable user stories.
• Works daily with the agile team to clarify requirements, remove roadblocks, and resolve issues.
• Sets priorities and participates in quarterly planning with stakeholders.
• Translates evolving state regulations into actionable product requirements.
• Communicates delivery timelines to business and tech audiences.
• Participates in demos, retrospectives, and ceremonies.
