Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and IT project management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Experience with agile teams and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Knowledge of state regulations and regulatory timelines.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the Agency Compliance product backlog and prioritization.
• Clarifies business requirements with the agile team and removes roadblocks.
• Coordinates quarterly planning with squads/portfolio stakeholders.
• Translates evolving state regulations into actionable product requirements.
• Sets delivery expectations and participates in demos and retrospectives.
• Supports feasibility and cost discussions with decision makers.
• Influences diverse stakeholders to align priorities.
