Acxiom is offering a Product Operations Intern role that partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Commercial, Enablement, Compliance, and Program Management to translate strategy into coordinated execution.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience with product operations, program execution, data analysis, workflow automation, and market research. It is a remote, part-time opportunity starting January 11, 2027, with flexible hours and potential for summer commitments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in PM, Business, IS, Data Analytics, CS, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support product and program planning by tracking milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and actions.
• Prepare recurring operational reports, dashboards, OKR updates, and leadership materials.
• Analyze data to identify trends, capacity issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist project setup across Workday, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Slack, Teams.
• Maintain Workday project details including allocations and timelines.
• Review team allocations and flag resource conflicts or over-allocation.
• Document product requirements, process maps, and implementation plans.
• Develop and document workflows for product, data, partners, and integrations.
• Support workflow automation and responsible use of AI to boost productivity.
• Conduct market, partner, ecosystem, and competitive research to inform decisions.
• Create playbooks, training resources, and enablement materials for teams.
• Support governance, project reviews, and PM audits; coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
