Job summary

World Food Programme is seeking a Product Manager, Specialist for the ShareTheMeal initiative. You will lead the product roadmap, coordinate with the Head of Product, and drive feature development across Web, iOS and Android to grow donations and user engagement.

The role requires at least 5 years in product management for native mobile apps and web, strong analytical skills, and superb stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of product management experience for native iOS, Android, and Web apps, preferably transaction-focused in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical abilities (quantitative and qualitative) and ability to produce high-quality materials.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with developers, designers, content, QA and BI teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a product roadmap and strategy for ShareTheMeal.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative user research and data analysis to guide product decisions and A/B tests.
• Implement new features with the development team and iterate on existing functionalities.
• Align feature scopes across Web, iOS and Android; define functional requirements with UI/UX and development teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of features and support related activities.
