Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Product Manager to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that delight customers and drive business growth. You will leverage research findings from projects to inform future development.

You will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, prioritize features based on customer needs and technical feasibility, design A/B tests, and establish KPIs to measure success

Job description

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and leadership, to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products that delight our customers and drive business growth. As a Product Manager, you will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

Develop clear and comprehensive requirements for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.

Design and implement A/B tests to measure the success of new features, utilizing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

Leverage research findings from specific projects to inform and enhance future product development efforts.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure product success.

Set up appropriate tracking mechanisms and regularly monitor the performance of all features.

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

3 to 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs for product performance.
  • Familiarity with various user research methodologies and their applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
