Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing success and development of one or more product areas, managing teams and multiple projects to ensure successful delivery across various initiatives.
  • Balance priorities across teams and product managers, negotiating trade-offs with other leaders to optimize delivery and maximize impact.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and status of requirements across multiple projects, ensuring clarity, comprehensiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop a test/learn roadmap, including setting goals, determining necessary tests, scheduling, running tests, and taking action based on results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for user research that will support longer-term product development and innovation.
  • Lead and model data-driven decision-making, ensuring teams collaborate to analyze and understand how their data contributes to broader business and product growth.
  • Create and communicate product roadmaps for one or more areas, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business strategy, and measurable results.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to product teams, setting clear expectations, and delivering consistent, actionable feedback.
  • Regularly identify and hire high-performing product team members to strengthen the team’s capabilities and drive continuous product excellence.

As a Director, you will manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
