Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with focus on identity, authentication, enterprise SaaS, or platform products.
• Proven track record shipping RBAC, SSO, MFA, or provisioning systems at scale in B2B or multi-tenant environments.
• Ability to translate complex security/technical requirements into clear product strategies and user experiences.
• Experience leading launches across security, privacy, legal, compliance, and customer-support stakeholders.
• Fluency in identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM) without requiring hands-on engineering ownership.
• Commitment to responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user capabilities (RBAC, org management, SSO/SAML, domain claiming, provisioning).
• Drive strategy for authentication, authorization, and account-security experiences at scale for consumer and business customers.
• Lead cross-functional launches by coordinating engineering, design, security, legal, privacy, CX, and international stakeholders.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to identify vulnerabilities, define mitigations, and establish guardrails for privileged-access workflows.
• Shape long-term platform vision for identity primitives that unlock new business verticals and integration across Coinbase's custodial product suite.
