Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Product Manager II in its Identity organization to own the roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user capabilities, including RBAC, SSO, and provisioning. You will steer authentication and account-security experiences for both consumer and business customers at scale.

You will lead cross-functional launches across engineering, design, security, legal, and privacy to deliver secure, compliant, and user-friendly identity features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with focus on identity, authentication, enterprise SaaS, or platform products.
• Proven track record shipping RBAC, SSO, MFA, or provisioning systems at scale in B2B or multi-tenant environments.
• Translate complex security and technical requirements into clear product strategies and intuitive UX.
• Lead launches spanning security, privacy, legal, compliance, and customer-support stakeholders.
• Fluency in identity protocols (OAuth, SAML, OIDC, SCIM) without requiring hands-on engineering ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user capabilities (RBAC, SSO, domain claiming, provisioning).
• Drive authentication, authorization, and account-security experiences for consumer and business customers at scale.
• Lead cross-functional launches with engineering, design, security, legal, privacy, CX, and international stakeholders.
• Partner with Security and Engineering to identify vulnerabilities and establish guardrails for privileged-access workflows.
• Shape long-term platform vision for identity primitives and integration across custodial product suites.
