Job summary

EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) is seeking a Product Manager to partner with a cross-functional team and bring the EBSCOhost AI Exchange platform to market. You will help develop MCP based solutions to deliver EBSCOhost content into AI Agents and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments.

This role reports to the Vice President of Product Management and collaborates with the Sr. Product Manager, AI Exchange.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Product Management experience.
• Interest in working closely with customers and external partners.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and MCP workflows.
• Interest in building a career in Product Management with EBSCO.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Exchange.
• Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback.
• Join customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Exchange products and benefits.
• Help build and deliver stakeholder updates.
• Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers.
• Partner with Sr. PM for Voice of the Customer Program on communications, tracking enhancements and roadmap visibility.
