• Get on top of the science and exposure early, before discovery sets it in stone.
• Depose the plaintiff's causation experts, then build Sargon motions against how they reached their opinions.
• Argue Barker arguments, balancing risk and consumer expectations.
• Run the sophisticated user defense when the facts permit.
