Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote contract professional to help transform executive-level product and engineering slides into impactful PowerPoint presentations. You will review roadmaps, architecture overviews, and program updates, reconstructing them without losing critical context.

The role emphasizes accuracy, clarity, data visualization, and storytelling, with a strong focus on actionable feedback for both engineering leaders and senior executives. Remote, project-based, 1–2 hour assignments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, engineering leadership, or technical program management.
• Demonstrated experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills including slide reconstruction, presentation design, content editing, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to defend design, content and improvement decisions.
• Exceptional written communication with clear explanations of message hierarchy, title rationale, and visual choices.
• Industry practitioners and consultants with relevant domain expertise are encouraged to apply; consulting-firm experience not required.
• Experience with AI model training, evaluation, or rubric writing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze images of product and engineering business slides and accurately rebuild them in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Preserve factual accuracy, domain definitions, and important caveats.
• Improve clarity, data visualization, layout, message hierarchy, visual storytelling, and evidence-supported titles.
• Edit slide content and supporting visuals while remaining faithful to the original context and intent.
• Create a detailed log for every slide explaining accepted improvements and deliberately rejected changes.
• Provide plain-language feedback useful to engineering leaders and senior executives.
• Apply product and engineering expertise to produce high-quality real-world input for AI training and evaluation.
