Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Graphic and UI/UX Designer to contribute to visual design standards for next-generation AI systems. You will craft and evaluate digital designs, develop UI/UX solutions, and provide feedback on usability, typography, and visual communication.

This remote contractor role requires a strong portfolio, mastery of typography, layouts, and design systems, and the ability to collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team, delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design or UI/UX.
• Strong portfolio with measurable impact.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and digital product design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to provide thoughtful feedback and iterate on complex design challenges.
• Remote work capability and self-motivation.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities
