Job summary

Monks Technology Services is seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer to shape intuitive digital products from initial flows to polished interfaces. Qualifications

• 3+ years of product or UI design experience with a strong shipped portfolio.
• Fluency with Figma.
• Strong typography, color, layout, interaction design, spacing and visual consistency.
• Experience designing web application interfaces, not just marketing assets.
• Excellent user-focused approach and attention to detail in complex workflows.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills at B2 level or higher with clients and teammates.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and AI tooling.
• Experience with large-scale design systems is a plus.
• Prototyping or motion design is a plus.
• Frontend literacy in HTML, CSS, or React is a plus.
• Experience designing AI-powered products is a plus.
• Accessibility knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Translate briefs and requirements into clear design solutions.
• Build and maintain reusable design patterns and contribute to scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready interfaces.
• Partner with clients and teammates to communicate design rationale.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and product needs.
• Maintain high quality and consistency across the product experience.
• Apply AI-powered tools and agentic workflows throughout design and delivery.
