Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst on the PC Tech team to translate complex operational needs into clear requirements across product creation, supply chain, planning and B2B platforms.

You will own documentation, UAT, and support across PLM (Centric), ERP (BlueCherry), and B2B tools such as NuOrder, enabling global operations. You will partner with product managers and engineers to map business processes to actionable specifications, lead testing efforts, and ensure smooth releases

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in a Business Analysis, Systems Administrator, or product support role.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in complex, multi‑system landscapes.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and change management practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation across business and technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain documentation including PRDs, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scripts.
• Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution with teams.
• Support PLM, ERP, and B2B system integration across multiple domains with end‑to‑end workflow knowledge.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for PC technology systems and triage requests by business impact.
• Apply Scrum practices and maintain well‑groomed backlogs with clear stories and criteria.
• Assist with change management and training to drive adoption of new features.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product creation, supply chain, planning, wholesale, finance, and tech teams.
