Qualifications

• 3+ years merchandising or equivalent experience.
• Ability to connect the dots between multiple workstreams and cross functional teams.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
• Ability to understand the big picture and prioritize.
• Confident communicator, able to present to multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish seasonal strategies that amplify product opportunities across customer touchpoints.
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, planning, site and visual to drive brand priorities.
• Analyze customer and sales data to inform future product strategies and messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and photo studios to ensure on-figure photography and campaign photoshoots.
• Maintain cross-regional alignment with EMEA and APAC partners on product messaging calendars.
