Qualifications

• 4+ years of apparel Merchandising experience, preferably activewear
• Proven leadership experience in team-based settings
• Passion for the merchant role and fashion retail
• Acute eye for activewear product and trend
• Deep understanding of sales analytics and financial metrics
• Strong presentation skills for leadership audiences
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional partners to realize brand vision

Responsibilities

• Drive the YPB On-The-Go Women’s assortment strategy through product lifecycle stages
• Collaborate with Design and Product Development to ensure on-trend offerings
• Coordinate with Visual, Site and Marketing to tell cohesive product stories
• Work with Planning and Inventory to scale strategy and hit financial targets
• Lead weekly selling actions to maximize brand sales and profit
• Provide seasonal expectations for triggers and test strategies to guide calendars
• Observe customer shopping patterns and market trends to inform assortment decisions
• Interpret fashion trend signals for the YPB customer
• Partner with senior leadership to gain alignment on brand vision and white space ideas
• Build a balanced product architecture addressing unmet customer needs
