• Strong legal research and advocacy skills.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and other filings.
• Deposition experience and handling discovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate and trust litigation matters from intake to resolution.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy, including early case assessment.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other filings.
• Handle written discovery and document strategy and deposition planning.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, and trial preparation; client communication.
