Qualifications

• Paralegal experience required, probate experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with client communication over long timelines.
• Strong organizational and numerical accounting skills for probate accountings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid-to-late probate matters, including accounting, filings, and closures.
• Maintain regular client updates to reassure and inform throughout the process.
• Manage court/county deadlines and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Organize case files and documents using Clio and Dropbox.
• Collaborate with on-site attorneys and the probate team for seamless progression.
